Bolt: Download a job as a PDF

Every job in Bolt can now be downloaded as a PDF, a clean, printable summary of the job, ready to file, email, or hand to a contractor working on-site.

What's in it

The PDF pulls together everything recorded against the job, from the machine and job details through to checklists, defects, labour, and parts, with a job total where costs are visible to you.

How to get it

Open a job in Bolt and choose Download PDF from the actions menu on the job page. The same option is available from a machine's QR code page, so a contractor or field employee can pull a copy of the job without needing to log in.
