Help centre: walkthrough videos and AI search

The FarmReady help centre has been refreshed — every topic across Shed, Bolt, Cart, and Crew now has a short walkthrough video, and there's a new AI search that gives you direct answers from the content of each video.

Each help page now has a dedicated short video. They're concise — designed to show you exactly how something works without padding. Whether you're setting up storage rules in Shed, configuring machines in Bolt, recording a delivery in Cart, or adding emergency contacts in Crew, there's a video for it.

Head to the help centre and look for the play button on any article.

AI search

The search bar in the help centre now does more than find articles. You can type a question in plain English — "Why is my inventory showing negative?" or "How do I invite my team?" — and get a direct answer pulled from the video content, as well as links the relevant videos.

The search is grounded entirely in FarmReady's help content, so you get answers specific to how the product actually works rather than generic responses.

If the content doesn't cover your question, the search will say so and you can browse to find what you need or reach out to support.
