CREW is now in Beta — a farm safety app, free for every farm.

Bolt: View latest inspection from machine QR code

When scanning a machine's QR code, your team can now see the most recent inspection directly on the machine page — no need to log in to the full app. This makes it easy to check whether a machine was inspected earlier in the day before running a duplicate, and to spot any items that were flagged on the last run.

What's shown

Tapping the latest inspection card opens a summary of the inspection, including:

  • The employee who completed it and when
  • Every checklist item with its pass, watch, or fail result
  • Any notes left by the employee
  • The overall safe-to-operate assessment

If the inspection had any failed or watched items, alert icons appear directly on the card so your team can see at a glance that something needs attention — without even opening the detail.

Avoiding duplicate inspections

On busy days it's common for a machine to be inspected more than once because field workers don't have an easy way to check whether it's already been done. With the latest inspection visible right on the QR code page, your team can confirm a machine has already been checked before starting another one.

Flagged items at a glance

The card shows a red icon if any checklist item received a fail, and an amber icon if any item was set to watch. This gives operators an immediate heads-up when approaching a machine, even before opening the inspection detail.
