Bolt: Upload service and operator manuals

Your team can now access machine manuals directly through Bolt. Upload operator guides, service manuals, and technical documents so they're available when your crew needs them most.

How it works:

Manuals appear right where your team expects them - on the QR Code page for each machine and when working on a job. No more hunting through filing cabinets at the workshop or waiting for someone to bring the right manual to the field.

Getting started:

Adding your first manual takes just a few steps. Go to the Set up page and click on Manuals. Upload your file, then customize the name and description to make it easy for your team to find.

Finally, assign the manual to the relevant machines in your fleet.

Once you've assigned a manual, it's instantly available. Your team can access it whenever they're working with that machine, whether they're troubleshooting an issue or need to check operating procedures.
