Bolt: Upload machine photos

Your team can now see what each machine looks like directly through Bolt. Upload photos of your machines so your crew can quickly identify and visually confirm they're working with the right equipment.

How it works: Machine photos appear right where your team expects them - on the QR Code page for each machine and when viewing jobs, inspections and defects in app. Visual confirmation helps your crew feel confident they're looking at the correct piece of equipment.

Getting started: Adding your first machine photo takes just a few steps. Go to the Setup page and click on the Machines list.

From here select the specific machine from your fleet, and upload a photo directly to that machine's profile.

Once you've uploaded a photo, it's instantly available. Your team can see exactly which machine they're working with, whether they're starting a daily inspection via the QR code, or triaging a defect in the app.
