Each employee gets a personal QR code. Scan it, and everything they need is right there:

Emergency contacts — the right numbers for the right situations, plus on-farm contacts for the people closest to help.

Emergency checklist — where's the fire extinguisher? The first aid kit? The evacuation point? The fire water source? No hunting around. No guessing.

Incident register — when something does happen, record it immediately, while the details are fresh. No paperwork. No chasing up forms later.
