Cart: Deliveries report improvements

The Deliveries report in Cart can now be run for a single contract, and a PDF version is now available.

Choose Contract under Report On to list everything delivered against a contract, with no date range needed. Reporting on a commodity over a date range works as it always has.

The PDF lists each delivery with its number, grade, source, destination and gross and net quantities, ready to print or send on.
