Bolt: See when each machine was last inspected

You can now see when every machine was last inspected in one place. Because a machine can have several inspection checklists attached, each with its own history, the new Machine Inspection Status report looks across all of them and shows you the most recent inspection for each machine.

Running the report

Head to Reports in Bolt and select Machine Inspection Status. Run it across the whole fleet, or filter to a single machine. Available as a PDF for records or a CSV for analysis.

What's shown

For each machine, you'll see:

• The date and number of its most recent inspection
• The inspection title and the employee who completed it
• The overall safe-to-operate assessment
• How many items were flagged as watch or fail on that inspection
• The number of open defects currently recorded against the machine

Finding the gaps

Machines that have never been inspected still appear, marked Never inspected, with their open defect count shown alongside. This makes it easy to spot a machine that has faults recorded against it but no inspection history.

The report is sorted by machine name, so you can scan down the Last Inspected column for machines that haven't been checked recently, and down the Open Defects column for machines accumulating faults.
