Issues specific to the PTx FarmEngage integration. For how product and storage rules work in general, see Product Rules and Storage Rules.
Farms Are Missing from Storage Rules
Shed creates one storage rule per farm, identified by its Client and Farm. Your operation is organised as:
Client → Farm → Field
A Farm can be saved without a Client. When that link is missing, Shed cannot identify who the farm belongs to, and no storage rule is created for it.
To fix this, in FarmEngage, open each Farm and confirm a Client is assigned.
Then, back in Shed, click Sync on the Storage Rules page. The missing farms will appear, ready for you to assign storages.
Retired Data Is Excluded
Shed skips clients and farms marked as retired. If a farm isn't appearing on your Storage Rules page, check whether it — or its client — has been retired. Rules already created are left alone: retiring a farm stops new rules appearing, it does not remove existing ones.
Products Are Missing from Product Rules
Shed only imports materials typed as Chemical, Fertilizer, Lime, Seed or Fuel. Materials of any other type are not imported. If a product you expect is missing, confirm its type.
